Partial Planning

Partial planning is perfect for the couple who knows exactly what they want, you’ve already found your dream venue and started booking vendors, and picked a color scheme. You’ve felt pretty confident so far but you’d feel a lot better having someone come in and ensure everything is in its place and coming along according to plan. That’s where I come in! I’ll help you figure out exactly what’s left to plan, recommend and help select last few vendors, and tie up any loose ends so that there is not last minute jitters or stress break outs !

The Partial option includes the following:

Planning

  • Up to 7 in person pre-wedding planning sessions, vendor meetings, or site visits

  • Unlimited emails and phone conversations during normal business hours

  • Provide a detailed wedding checklist and maintain schedule for meetings

  • Coordination with vendors to create detailed timeline + itinerary

  • Vendor recommendations based on couple’s desired style and budget (up to 3 vendors)

    • Serve as liaison between venue/vendor and couple

  • Assistance with tracking the overall budget

  • Assist in choosing decor, finding decor rentals, or supplying rentals at an additional charge

Day of Services

  • Up to10 hours of on site coordination day of + 1 hour for the rehearsal the day before

  • Point of contact for all vendors, wedding party, and family members

  • Oversee vendor setup of ceremony and reception space

  • Ensures every event follows the timeline as closely as possible

  • Assist with decor setup + handle important details (special photos, guest book, unity candle, welcome signs, etc.)

  • Oversee ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and all scheduled events

  • Make sure reception stays tidy and following schedule

  • Provide Full Emergency Kit
